平台角色
平台提供服務頁、排班、預約、客戶及付款記錄工具。HKAIWEB LTD 並非平台內服務提供者所提供課程、活動或其他服務的供應方、付款保證人、信託、會計或法律服務。除非另有清楚披露及書面安排，我們不代服務提供者收取、持有或結算其客戶款項；服務提供者與客戶之間的服務、收費、取消、退款、稅務及爭議由雙方處理。
帳戶、資料與可接受使用
你須具備訂立合約的法律能力，提供準確資料並保護登入方式。不得利用平台作違法、欺詐、騷擾、侵權、未授權存取、惡意上載或干擾服務。服務提供者須有權處理所輸入的客戶資料，並向客戶提供其服務、取消、退款及私隱安排。
方案、付款與數碼交付
公開方案及價格見 Pricing。付費方案由 Stripe 或日後清楚披露的付款服務商處理，按月或按年自動續期直至取消。平台以數碼方式開通，不運送實體貨品；付款前會顯示方案、貨幣、收費週期及適用稅項。
取消及退款
你可在下一個續期日前透過 Stripe 客戶入口或平台提供的付款入口取消；除非另有說明，取消於當期已付款週期結束時生效。退款安排受 退款及取消政策 及不能被排除的法定權利規管。
服務可用性、暫停及責任
我們會以合理努力維持平台可用及安全，但不保證服務、通知、計算或第三方整合絕不中斷或完全無誤。使用者須自行核對預約、款項、客戶資料及通知。對違法使用、重大違約、保安風險或逾期付款，我們可在合理及合法範圍限制或終止帳戶。在法律容許範圍內，間接或相應損失的責任受限；法律不能排除的責任不受影響。
資料、更新及適用法律
個人資料受 私隱政策 規管。我們可因服務或法律變更更新條款，並會合理通知重大變更。本條款受英格蘭及威爾斯法律管限；消費者仍可享有居住國家不能以合約排除的強制性保障。
Terms of Service — English summary
The EasyBooking is provided by HKAIWEB LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17344025. The platform supplies scheduling, booking, client and payment-record software. Unless separately and clearly disclosed in writing, HKAIWEB LTD does not collect, hold or settle payments between service providers and their clients and is not the supplier of the underlying courses, activities or services.
Plan prices are published on Pricing. Paid SaaS subscriptions are processed by Stripe or another clearly disclosed payment provider, renew monthly or yearly until cancelled, and are delivered digitally. Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use personal data lawfully and avoid illegal, fraudulent, infringing, malicious or disruptive conduct. Service providers are responsible for their own client-facing service, cancellation, refund, tax and privacy terms.
We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protections in a consumer's country of residence continue to apply.
