Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to EasyBooking SaaS subscription fees collected directly by HKAIWEB LTD from service providers. Fees that a service provider charges its own clients for courses, activities or appointments are governed by that provider's policy. HKAIWEB LTD does not collect, hold or settle those client payments unless a separate arrangement is clearly disclosed and agreed in writing.

The platform is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. Paid monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund a period that has already started.

We consider refunds where required by law, for duplicate or incorrect charges, where we fail to provide the material platform service purchased, or where checkout or written terms state that a refund is available. Services already supplied, used subscription periods, change of mind or failure to use an available service are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Send requests from the account email to [email protected] with the account name, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send a full card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days; approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days, subject to bank or payment-provider posting times.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
