預約易由 HKAIWEB LTD 營運。你可要求刪除平台帳戶或查閱、更正你的個人資料。為保護帳戶與其他使用者，我們會先核實請求者身分。
如何提出請求
- 使用註冊帳戶的電郵寄信至 [email protected]，標題註明「Booking account deletion request」。
- 說明你是服務提供者或客戶；客戶請附上所屬服務提供者的公開帳號名稱／服務頁網址，讓我們正確定位帳戶。
- 如你是付費服務提供者，請先在 Stripe 客戶入口取消未來續費；帳戶刪除請求不會取代或繞過已生效的付款責任。
刪除時的資料處理
我們會在完成身分核實及處理所需步驟後，刪除或去識別化不再需要的帳戶資料和可刪除檔案。基於法律、會計、防欺詐、爭議處理或其他服務使用者的預約／付款歷史完整性，部分記錄可能需要保留或匿名化，而不會再用作登入或聯絡你。
立即保護帳戶
在請求處理期間，如你懷疑帳戶被未授權使用，請立即更改密碼並以相同電郵聯絡我們。服務提供者應同時通知其受影響客戶並處理其自訂的資料保留責任。
Account and data deletion
HKAIWEB LTD operates the EasyBooking. Send a request from the registered account email to [email protected], identify whether the account belongs to a service provider or client, and include the relevant public service-page URL where applicable. We verify identity before deleting or de-identifying data.
Records required for law, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or the integrity of another user's booking and payment history may be retained or anonymised. A paid service provider should cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal; deleting an account does not remove an already accrued payment obligation.
