HKAIWEB LTD（在英格蘭及威爾斯註冊，公司編號 17344025）營運預約易，並是本政策所述平台資料的資料控制者。服務提供者亦須就其自行收集及使用的客戶資料提供適當通知。
我們處理的資料
- 服務提供者帳戶：姓名、電郵、登入資料、公開服務頁、活動、價格、可用時段，以及方案／訂閱狀態。
- 客戶帳戶：姓名、電郵、登入資料、報讀、預約、出席、付款記錄及選擇提供的聯絡資料。
- 付款資料：HKAIWEB LTD 的 SaaS 訂閱金額、狀態及付款識別資料；完整卡號由 Stripe 或日後清楚披露的付款服務商處理，我們不儲存完整卡號。服務提供者與其客戶之間的付款可由服務提供者自行處理及記錄。
- 技術資料：必要 session cookie、防 CSRF 資料、IP、裝置、伺服器及錯誤記錄。
用途及法律依據
我們為建立及保護帳戶、提供公開服務頁、報讀、預約、付款記錄、訂閱、客戶支援、保安及防止濫用而處理資料。法律依據視情況包括履行合約、合法利益、法律責任及同意。我們不出售個人資料。
服務供應商及國際傳輸
服務可使用 Stripe 處理 HKAIWEB LTD 訂閱、Google 處理登入、電郵及 WhatsApp 等通訊服務，以及託管與網絡安全供應商。部分供應商可能在英國以外處理資料；適用時，我們會使用合約保障或其他合法傳輸機制。
保留、存取與刪除

We process provider and client account details, public service-page content, activities, availability, enrolments, bookings, attendance, payment records, SaaS subscription status and security logs to perform contracts, operate and secure the service, provide support, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. Stripe handles subscription card data; Google and communications, hosting and network-security providers process information only where needed. Some processing may occur outside the UK using an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
